上海市扬子中学座落于祖国第三大岛、世界最大的河口冲积岛——崇明岛。她位于上海市崇明县城中心区，是一所于年月经中共崇明县委、崇明县人民政府批准的县级重点高中。

Our school,ShanghaiYangtzeHigh School, is located on Chongming Island of Shanghai, the third biggest island inChinaand the biggest estuary alluvial island in the world. Confirmed by the local government and established in May, 2004, it enjoys good traffic access in the centre ofChengqiaoTown, where the Town Hall lies.
With an area of nearly 150 mu or 10 hectares, a floorage of over 60,000 , our school has a beautiful environment and is also well equipped with teaching facilities, among which are three classroom buildings, one complex laboratory building, one library, one science-technology building, one electrified education center, one athletic field with a 400-meter standard plastic track, one gymnasium, one apartment building for teachers, two apartment buildings for students and so on.
Currently, we have 42 classes with an enrollment of over 1700 students. And we have a enormously potential team of teachers, among whom are 46 senior teachers, 47 intermediate teachers, and 23 county-level backbone teachers.
